How can I place an order using Dr.G Wellness website?
Placing an order online through our website is quite an easy task. You simply need to add the choice of your products into “My Shopping Cart”. After that, you will be asked for more details. For your convenience, we have made this quite easier for our online customers who are New user, Guest user, and Existing user.
New User- If you are a new user and looking to purchase our products online, you need to first sign up (register) with us. This would not only enable to save all your personal details but also help to track your order history anytime from anywhere.
Guest User- Being a guest user, you can order the products without registering or signing up on the website. However, you won’t be able to track the orders you had selected for a purchase in the past.
Existing User– All users who are already registered with us need to sign in using their credentials that include their address, phone number, etc.
How should I proceed to place my order online?
Dr.G Wellness accepts all modes of payments, including MasterCard, Visa, Diners and American Express cards. Also, all your personal information is fully protected as our payment gateway is completely secured.
Credit Cards– We accept all kinds of credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners, etc. At the time of placing an order with us, please remember to keep all the relevant information handy like your card number, card type, expiry date along with the 3 digit CVV number (mentioned at the back of your credit card). After you complete all the details, you will be redirected to the concerned bank’s page to enter your secure online password.
Debit Cards– We accept all kinds of debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Maestro debit cards, etc. You can use your debit card to complete the transaction by entering your card type, card number, expiry date and 3 digit CVV number (mentioned at the back of your card). After you enter all the details, you would be redirected to the secure page of the concerned bank to enter your secure online password.
Net Banking– We also have the net banking facility for our customers. You can always use this facility to complete your transaction during the checkout.
What is COD (Cash on Delivery) option?
Dr.G Wellness is committed to offer Cash on Delivery option to our esteemed customers. It’s the mode of payment designed for the convenience of our customers who don’t find themselves comfortable using online mode of transaction. COD is such a system where you can order your products by paying later (using COD payment option) during the checkout.
Kindly note that for all COD orders that are below Rs.7000, we charge a sum of Rs.100 if they are to be delivered within Delhi and a sum of Rs.200 for states outside Delhi.
How can I track my order status?
If you just placed an order online, you can easily check the status of your order using our website. However, it generally takes up to 24 hours for all orders to get updated on the website.
What is the order delivery time?
Your orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase of the same.
What if the payment gets failed?
If you come across with such instances, we suggest to first make sure that you entered all the information correctly. It includes all your personal as well as billing information along with your passwords. You may also select our Cash on Delivery (COD) system as well to order the products.
In all such cases where your payment is failed due to any reason and the respective amount get debited from your account, then the same will be credited back to your account within 7-10 business days after receiving a confirmation from the bank.
How can I get my refund?
For all the refund queries, we suggest you to refer to the section of our return policy. We follow strict guidelines in all such cases where your prepaid orders get cancelled. In such cases, we generally initiate a refund and make sure it gets credited to the legal owner of the card holder. In general, it takes 7-10 bank working days to get the refund back in your account. We also provide vouchers bearing the same amount as well. In all such cases, we initiate refunds against COD orders, through vouchers of the same value or through a direct bank transfer.
